Welcome to Riverwood Farm!

The farm house was built 1908 by the Laude Family and it continued in the Laude family over 100 years, becoming known as a “Century Farm” till we bought the 104 acre farm in 2013. The unusual property contains 1 mile of the Embarrass River, running along the west side and north side of the property. It is a picturesque river running over granite rocks making the beautiful gurgling sound as it flows down through the small town of Embarrass Wisconsin and on into the Wolf River. It is a very quiet location where you only hear bird songs and gentle breezes. There are many sightings of deer, wild turkey, sand hill cranes, raccoons, geese, swans, occasionally eagles and various other ducks.
