Guest Lounge

The entire second floor of the farmhouse is the Bed & Breakfast Accommodation with matching cabin theme. The Lounge is located between the two Guest Rooms. It has a seating area with Loveseat Couch and two large Sofa Chairs, a TV, library, and a full-sized refrigerator for the Guests. It also has an entire wall of cabinets with a full wall counter containing a toaster, microwave, Keurig Coffee Machine, and tea and coffee supplies. There are glass bowls and plates and plastic flatware. Our guests can bring their own food for their noon and evening meals. There is “no guest stove” available. But we do offer a common barbecue grill. We take reservations for the grill so that each guest room gets a chance to use it. The Deluxe 30” Charcoal Griller barbecue grill is located in the grillzebo next to the metal covered gazebo and is stocked with common supplies like charcoal, condiments and barbecuing utensils. (Find pictures of Barbecue Grill and Grillzebo under Breakfast & Picnics). There will be evening marshmallow roasts and smores, weather permitting.

Two themed Guest Room Accommodations    

Each room has its own large private bathroom, a queen bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, forest green kimono style Turkish cotton bath robes, large screen TV, DVD/ VCR player, and chair with little table and luggage racks in the closets. Complementary bars of soap, shampoo/ conditioner and lotion are provided.

Meadow (Logs & field animals) this ample room with over 200 square feet, contains a queen-sized log bed. The bed and charming animal pictures give the observer the feeling of warmth and attachment to the animals.  The room also adjoins its full-sized private bathroom with full sized glass-door shower.  A log fireplace (can be run with the heat off), and a bench is stationed at the end of the bed with a simulated tasseled leather pad.

Brook (River Boat / Bird Theme) Large Master Bedroom is 255 square feet with queen sized boat bed with all you could ask for in a river craft.  The room also adjoins its large private bathroom with 2 person soaking tub and full sized shower.  A fire & ice fireplace (can be run with the heat off), a flickering river lighthouse, sofa hide-a-bed- if you are bringing your child, youth 12 years or older. Or just have a couch for your enjoyment.
